More Than Coaching. A Mindful Approach to the Whole Athlete.

TMT stands for The Mindful Triathlete — and that's not a tagline, it's a philosophy we live in every training plan, every coach call, and every Tuesday morning Zoom strength session.

Being mindful means we're paying attention — to your goals, your life, your limits, and your potential. We understand that training doesn't happen in a vacuum. You have a job, a family, commitments, hard days. Our coaches build plans around your real life, not an imaginary athlete version of you. We help you find the balance that makes sport sustainable, joyful, and transformative — not just for race day, but for everything that comes after.

TMT coaches the whole athlete. The process of developing my athlete mission statement has been very meaningful to me and had a profound impact on all aspects of my life, not just sport.

 

The prioritization skills Megan has led me develop in my athletic life have greatly expanded and focused my capacity in work and family and that was unexpected personal growth that was very welcome.

In building TMT, Coach Meg has created an inclusive and supportive community of multisport athletes of varying abilities, but who all share a love of endurance sports.

Coach Meg has helped me transform as an athlete. Her holistic and empathetic approach to coaching has built up my belief in myself and abilities, and encouraged me to set bigger goals for myself.
