Refunds and Cancellations
Private Coaching Sessions
Reschedules – Wherever possible we will try to accommodate reschedules. As we have extremely full schedules we cannot always promise there will be another space that week but will do our very best.
Notice – At least 24 hours notice is required for reschedules and cancellation of single sessions. Where less than 24 hours notice is given, you will still be charged the full session rate, except in case by case circumstances.
Team and Pro Coaching Plans
Team and Pro Coaching plans are by subscription and renew monthly. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time online through your account. We request one month notice for program cancellation, and exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
Should you need to pause your subscription for any reason, your subscription can be paused for up to 90 days with written notice to email@example.com and pausing your online subscription. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee your spot on the team will be held, but we welcome you back space permitting!
Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis.
Clinics, Camps & Courses
Cancellation - 7 days of notice is required for camp/clinic cancellations for a full refund. Any cancellations outside of this time will not be refunded but may be transferable to another person on a case by case basis.
Currently we only ship items by request, generally we will deliver your items to you by hand at our next session. When items are shipped we may ask for you to pay the additional fees. TriMegTri Coaching takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items and will take every care to use a reputable company in order for your item/s to arrive safely.
